Having the ability and resource available to complete minor & major repairs in the field is a critical step in resolving your customers’ issues.
In the instance that parts and labor are provided to the consumer, UTS provides you with a capable, cost effective and reliable means to get the repair done. Our UTS field technicians are equipped and experienced enough to handle just about any factory approved parts replacement or field repair.
In the instance that parts and labor are not provided to the consumer, then the next question the consumer proposes is usually “what’s next” or “who can I call”. As a service to our customers, in the event that either parts or labor are not provided, we do accept “consumer direct or non-warranty” referrals. This can be a huge value add for you when a product is out of warranty, but parts or service is needed and a consumer is looking for peace of mind that it will be done to your standards.
